Shipping policy

 

We offer free delivery and free on-site installation across Los Angeles.

•  Delivery to your home is free anywhere in the Greater Los Angeles area.

•  Our crew will install your spa in place — in your backyard or patio — at no charge, using our standard moving equipment.

•  Delivery is by appointment. We will contact you after your order is confirmed to schedule a time.

•  If your site requires special equipment (for example a crane) due to narrow gates, stairs, walls, or other access constraints, we will quote the additional cost and confirm with you before delivery day.

•  Please ensure clear access to the installation area on delivery day. A re-delivery fee may apply if delivery cannot be completed due to an inaccessible site.
