**Terms of Service**

**1. General**
These Terms of Service govern your use of baysidespas.com and any purchase from Bayside Spas ("we," "us"). By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

**2. Products and pricing**
Prices are in USD and may change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel affected orders with a full refund.

**3. Orders and payment**
An order is confirmed when we send you written confirmation. We may require a deposit before production or delivery scheduling. Full payment is due before delivery.

**4. Delivery**
We provide **free delivery to your home and free on-site installation** across Los Angeles. Our crew will deliver your spa and install it in place — in your backyard or patio — at no charge.

If your site requires special equipment (for example a crane) due to narrow gates, stairs, walls, or other access constraints, we will quote the additional cost and confirm with you before delivery day.

Please ensure clear access to the installation area on delivery day. If we cannot complete delivery due to an inaccessible site, a re-delivery fee may apply. We recommend our free on-site consultation before delivery so we can assess everything together.

**5. Warranty**
Every spa includes a 5-year warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal use. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, improper water chemistry, freezing, or unauthorized modifications. See our Warranty page for full details.

**6. Returns**
Returns and cancellations are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.

**7. Limitation of liability**
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the purchase price of the spa. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
